The other solution is to invest on a lens with a VR or Vibration Reduction (Canon calls theirs IS or Image Stabilizer) to gain better ISO and Exposure.
Love the composition on this one. That line that goes from the top of the upright bass down to the bottome and up the middle figure, curving left. That red on the audience member doesn't hurt either.
