51) Long exposures are great for tinting. The longer the eposure the more the local color is influenced by the ambient light, such as a lamp post.
-Nikon D2X, ISO 100, Aperture priority Shutter 18 seconds, Lens: Nikkor 24-85mm IF 3.5-4.5f (digital = 35-135mm) set at 85mm, f-stop set at 5, auto focus, Camera file format saved as Jpeg large fine. LA, night, street lights.
Zach did move but because the street was so dark that he stayed still long enough that his movement at the end of the exposure didn't register.
